²⁰ And Isaiah is so bold as to say,
“I was found by those who did not seek Me;
I became visible to those who did not ask for Me.”^[a]
21 But about Israel He says,
“All day long I stretched forth My hands
    to a disobedient and contrary people.”^[b]
